I went to Huntington Beach this evening and was forced to park about a mile from the pier. Every photographer in Orange County was there, mostly trying to set up in front of me. The only thing I did with this one is crop it slightly (to get someone's head out of the way) and sharpen it a little. The colors were perfect out of the camera. Low tide added to the refection off the wet sand. I have some really good pier shots, but they looked close to what I've done before, so I'll just post an album later.

This is really good. I like it very much. I had a similar problem today with people being in the way. I would set up, then a stream of people would walk right into the photo. Good persistence on your part, and a great photo!
